They are not open at 6am. The hours are confusing. The service is also confusing. They only do lab test. It’s awful to find out about this after being shut outside the door at 6am in a cold morning and a suffering night

CAN be convienient... but you can't utilize this service the same way you can use a Primary Care Physician in that you can request refills on medications and such. You would have to pay for a full visit of $99 even if you just need a refill on a prescription for something you need on a regular basis. They only address something for immediacy and simple prescriptions.

I love PlushCare! I did their online version with a doctor who video chatted me. She was absolutely wonderful, the appointment lasted five minutes, and she knew EXACTLY what to prescribe to me! My prescription was ready in an hour, and they took my insurance which isn't a common one. I am definitely using them again!

This service is fantastic for people in rural areas!
I'm currently without insurance. I was able to pay cash for the labs and appointment. It was very fairly priced. My doctor spent time with me explaining results and made the referrals that I needed. Will use again and again. Thank you Dr. Marks and Rina!!

This is an under qualified and ultimate disappointment. As a nurse I understand the progression of telemedicine. However, when a "doctor" cannot diagnose strep throat given the symptoms is under qualified at best. Do not waste your time and money here. Unfortunately, I was establishing care with a primary medical doctor and had to go to an urgent care given my symptoms. Who sent me to an emergency department, only to get the exact prescription of antibiotics I was requesting. If you want to see a doctor, not just a robot with MD behind their name. Do not waste your time here.
