The cashew chicken was terrible it was full of broccoli and really had to dig for the small amounts of chicken

I would give this a 4 1/2 stars except for the rudeness of the person taking our orders and giving us the food when we came to pick it up . The food itself seems high quality and well thought out. Too bad I had to deal with this same person and I'm thinking that if I'm not treated as a valued customer next time , it will be the last time I eat Alice's food. I can always eat at or p/u at Eliza's on California Street , the menu is almost identical.

This place was great at one time. My last 2 visits the food has been very bla. Potstickers lukewarm. Obviously pre cooked. The curry prawns were terrible. I see why there was plenty of mty tables at 7pm...Im done after many years eating here...oh well

Food is better than most Chinese restaurants but service lacks. Their attitude always puts me off. Sometimes I order food at 9:20, they say it'll be ready at 9:30 and when I get there the kitchen is dark and closed, which gives me cause for concern how my food was actually made... They're also obsessed with closing at 9:30 so don't you dare come in at 9:31 for that take-out or expect an earful. If their staff expects to be out the door at 9:30, they should consider closing at 9 instead, it's really not the customer's problem.
