I've eaten here with my family and friends many times over the last few years and we really, really like the restaurant!!! Whenever we are in the SF area, we'll go there for dinner. The food/menu has a lot of variety and the chef's & quality of the food for a Chinese restaurant is very, very good! Decor in the restaurant is nice and comfortable and the waiting staff are pleasant. The owner is also a really nice, happy, friendly guy. If you meet him, you'll know what I mean! Go ask for him when you're there! He'll probably give you extra fortune cookies! Parking around the area is a bit tough though. But their take out is efficient. Price is very reasonable. My boys love their food and always eat A LOT whenever we eat there. Popcorn Chicken is their favorite take out item. Love it!

If I'm going to order take-out Chinese in my neighborhood, this is where I go. The food is good, fast, and reasonably priced. The Walnut Shrimp is my favorite dish. Eating in is okay too. There's usually plenty of places to sit and they are welcoming to children.

My boyfriend and I order delivery from Andy's on a fairly regular basis. We love the orange chicken and the walnut prawns. The chow mein is nothing to write home about. The delivery is typically about 30-40 minutes. It's a good stand-by when we don't want to leave the house.

We got take out. I love chow fun noodles, they were the only ones open late. Ordered shrimp chow fun. Warning.. it is "dry" chow fun.. not saucey. Tasted bland, I would have sent it back. Egg rolls were good, but small. Expensive for 3 for $4.50
I wouldn't go back for that entree

Delivery is usually timely and food is received hot. However, they usually always forget soy sauce (annoying).. Overall their food is good, especially for the price.
