I loved this place! My colleagues and I went there when we were visiting SF. We didn't know what to order and would like to share entrees, so the chef Fang himself came up to us and told us that he could decide for us, which was a plus while there was no decision makers among us. He was able to accommodate people of different diets -- we had vegetarians and pescatarians in the group. There were well balanced dishes of different flavors as well (some spicy and some savory). Their pork dumplings were memorable, probably some of the best and legit ones that I have ever had in the States. I highly recommend this place!

Came here with a group of friends and everyone found something they liked. Short ribs and chicken are very good. There are tofu dishes for the vegetarians. Food is very accessible (nothing weird or exotic on the menu). Staff is generally friendly. Sometimes will send food to the wrong table. I asked them for some veg-friendly appetizers and they came up with two off menu items for us.

The food is amazing, the service is terrible. I took the local's advice of "let them bring you food". Short ribs were great, shrimp not so much. Apps were awesome. Now if they can get the service up to speed this would easily be a 4/5 start place.

First time hear and since we didn't know what to order, we let the owner decide. He took out menus and brought out really tasty unique dishes with a variety of flavors. Service was very good as well. Fun dinner.

We ordered Fang from the Marriott with DineIn. First, let me say that it is super awesome that they participate. It was great to have dinner delivered after a long day of flying.
We got the beef bun appetizer. This was slightly crispy strips of beef with sauce and lettuce on steamed buns. It wasn't what we expected, but it was the best tasting thing we got.
We got the pork spareribs, and they were extremely over-cooked, dry, and had an odd texture. We never finished it. We also had the sauteed chicken bites, which we're almost entirely flavorless. They had good breading, though, and the chicken was of a good quality. The brown rice was just brown rice like you would expect from a cheap chain. No flavoring.
All in all, I'm grateful they offer this service, even with every price increased from menu price, a vastly reduced menu, and a $7 delivery fee, but ultimately I'd go someplace else.
