I was so very disappointed with my experience or non-experience here. I was in the neighborhood and decided to stop in. It was crowded but I knew that they had bar seats as well. I asked the host (I think he was French) if he had any availability he said that He wouldn’t have anything open until 9:30. I asked “even at the bar? “ He said yes, noting available until 9:30. I left and walked 2 blocks, called and ask if there was availability and he said “oh yes we can have a seat for you at 7:30!” It was 7pm when I stopped in. I can only assume that seeing my Black face made him lie to me, but hearing my “non-black” voice over the phone opened up a seat. I’m hurt and disgusted and will never go back, which is probably just fine with them.

Very cool place to dine. I had the Coq au Vin...the best dish I’ve ever had. Reached Food Heaven.

We had the mushroom risotto and the hanger steak and both were delicious. Service is amazing and they will do everything to make you feel welcomed. Make sure you save some room for the floating island desert. Definitely recommend!
