Service is good. But food is far from Italian, thousands of miles away from it - bland and oily eggplant parm, just a lettuce for salad. Nearly puked looking at it. I have been on a journey to find the worst Italian food there is, I can finally rest now and end that exhausting search. I applaud the courage of this fine establishment to call itself an "Italian restaurant", if these guys can pull this off I can finally pursue my goal of running in the Olympics.

How anyone can manage to screw up a simple dish like pasta let alone a chef at a so-called Italian restaurant is beyond me. The pasta sauce is surely pre-made or canned.The eggplant parmigiana was tasteless, oily and not crispy. I had to change the concept of salad as I know it after seeing what was served: iceberg lettuce with one slice of tomato.

Highly recommend this place. The food was phenomenal. It is a small restaurant but its portions are huge. Make sure to try the clam chowder and bread sticks!! Best thing on the menu in my opinion.

The fettuccine de la casa is excellent… Any other restaurant in the bay area that dish would cost $20 plus and not be nearly as good. Garlic bread is also superb… Super great deal with quality. Very rare.
