Big, big salads, garnished with fresh grilled meat (if you want) made-to-order with your choice of veggies. Also, made-to-order grilled meat sandwiches. Under $20 per person for lunch. Busy lunch crowd. Clean environment. Successful concept.

Had liked this place. But today I walked in when it was empty. Salad guy eyeballs me, walks into the back, and stays there while I wait at the counter. Not long. Not again.
