Had been recommended to visit this place by a lot of different people and took a 20 minute taxi ride to get there only to be left disappointed. The security guy on the door was rude, and despite the three of our party all having our respective country driving licenses as ID cards (all 30 plus years old) we were refused entry as apparently the manager has a rule that all non-US ID cards must be accompanied by a passport. Not something as a tourist going out drinking in a city with a reputation for pick-pocketing you really want to carry with you. No common sense used and no empathy. Super disappointing!

I've been at different start-ups and this tends to be a favorite go-to for happy hours. Typically, it's crowded and loud on any given day, but quite big with indoor and outdoor seating. Great for large groups where you can sit at a long, bench like table. The one things is that they are notorious about IDs - our co-worker had an international ID and was not let it in. They will also not allow photocopies of ID's if you forget. The bouncer sits outside at 6pm, I believe. You can order drinks and food at the bar. At first, they had appetizers, but now include meals. I've tried almost all of the appetizers and they are delicious, especially the Sage Fries, Coconut Chicken Wings and for dessert, you must try their decadent Double Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding w/Raspberry Sauce. Enjoy!

They have decent beer but very good food. I find it hard to enjoy the crowd there sometimes and the security in the front checking ID was really rude the last time we visited this spot. but otherwise it's a great place to eat and have a beer but it could be crowded!

AVOID. Took a 20 minute cab ride just to go to this brewery and got turned away because I didn't have my passport. Doorman (what kind of a brewery has bouncers?) was extremely rude and dismissive and this place doesn't accept foreign IDs. I'm an American living abroad and got turned away at the door because of my UK license. This place is clearly discriminatory. Would not recommend this place if you paid me. Almanac Beer Co. was our savior as it's close. Go there instead!

I really loved this place for the vibe and ambience that I got from the people and surroundings. Given the fact that it's in Mission District, it helps with the cool and hip branding of the old warehouse converted brewery.

Food and drinks are affordable and very much value for money, considering the quality and portion of the mains and sides that they serve. Pizzas and burgers are all very tasty and serves really quick.

The lady at the bar was also very helpful with her recommendations, which helped me make my decision with ease at the end of the day.

All in all, a very nice place that I'd check out for the first time, and come back again for many more times to come.
