So this might have just been a one time thing, but I had a horrible experience at TRES.
Walked into the restaurant and the hostess asked if I wanted to sit at the bar or at a table, so I picked the bar because I was by myself. I waited about 15 minutes until the bar tender came over and got me a water and menu. I called him over after a minute when I was ready to order the Enchiladas. I've been waiting about another 15 minutes when another customer sits down next to me and orders the exact same dish. He receives his dish within 10 minutes of being there, and I'm still waiting for my food. It seemed as if they forgot I was even there -__-. After waiting another 15 minutes the bar tender came over with my Enchiladas.
The food was decent, but definitely nothing to write home about.
When I was ready for the check, I flagged down another employee at the bar and asked for it. I put my card and the check onto the bar table, then waited a good 17 minutes. Apparently the gentleman who gave me the check isn't qualified to actually charge my card, because he saw the card/check in front of him and didn't do anything about it. I waited for the original bar tender to come back from his nap and charge me.
TLDR: not sure if I'll be back because the service is absolutely atrocious.

One of the largest selection of cactus juice I have seen. Lots to taste. The food is solid. I ordered the fish tacos which were very good. Others ordered the carnitas which was moist and had good flavor. The salsas need significantly more heat but again had good flavor.

Sat at bar. Bar staff was great, friendly. Great selection of drinks. Food was interesting.

Food was served lukewarm at best. Sent the food back to be heated up but it came back not any better. Side of rice was bland, not very warm, with zero flavor. Food lacks any spice or flavor and isn't heated properly. Drink (Arnold Palmer) was terrible. Mine was too sweet but my companion's too sour to drink. Drinks at our table never refilled or offered. I'd have left and not eaten (or paid) but I was with a business group and was stuck. I won't be returning.
