I like Cindy at HC San Fran. She is awesome. Efficient, skillful, and affable. I travel all the way from SJ to SF just to do this because I don't like HC SJ. People over there are not skillful.

The worst the result is really bad and no one care to to call back I did 2 times surgery and still really bad

I have been a Hair Club member for about 9 years now. My membership began in San Francisco, but after about 2 years, I relocated to San Antonio where I have remained a member for nearly 7 years. On a whole, my experience with the Hair Club has been great. They have continually done their best to fulfill my needs (San Antonio Hair Club). I recently returned to the Bay Area from San Antonio, and have been frequenting the San Francisco location for quiet some time now. Realizing that I am accustomed to "that good old southern hospitality"; the numbers are not in, yet, for this San Francisco location. I must say though, that their front desk staff, as well as their hair stylists, are at the top of their game!

My experience as a member, going on three years now, has been excellent. The staff, a wonderful group of people that work well together to help keep me looking my best. Accommodating my changing schedule with flexible appointments. The stylists are well trained and talented. When an issue is brought to their attention they are responsive and helpful, which is very important to me. Service and products of Hair Club are top-notch. Total professionals and great people.
