I'm a fan of deep tissue massage and have tried all sorts of different styles and massage therapists all over the world. Most of the time, the pressure isn't deep enough. For those that are, I feel great on the table but the aches return a few days later.

Nakia is a masseuse for athletes and know all about muscles, the body and how to release the tension and stress. Unfortunately, when I travel or when she's not available and I'm desperate, I sometimes regret going to others as they now seem not as fulfilling. Sharon, the owner, and rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful, although I can't really attest to others as I'm addicted to Nakia like crack/cocaine. ;)

I had my first facial and I loved it. It was relaxing, and effective. Sharon was thoughtful, explained me all the steps and my skin looked great the next day.

Serenity Day Spa use to be known as Spa Belle Vie and many of the staff still work here. I have had massages and facials with Sharon and Ashley and they are both wonderful. The spa has a wide selection of services and a special program where if you get a massage, facial or I believe body wrap every 4 to 8 weeks they offer you a discounted price. Definitely a good deal. Further, they make a real effort to squeeze you in and the spa is calm and relaxing and not overly pretentious as some in the area can be.

Recently visited Serenity Wellness Spa for my first ever body warp and a facial. All I have to say is WOW:
I was a little hesitant at first to try a new spa and to get a body wrap due to my asthma. Most spas are over powering with artificial scents and there products cause irritation for my sensitive skin but not Serenity Wellness Spa. All of there products are organic with natural/real ingredients I can pronounce so no asthma, skin irritation or allergy issues to worry about! The spa's atmosphere is calming and relaxing and the staff was attentive, knowledgable and polite.
The services I received were amazing, I left the spa relaxed with glowing youthful skin from the facial and warp. My skin was hydrated, smooth and tight.
Will defiantly go back to Serenity Wellness Spa and refer all of my friends!

My skin and my health depend on this spa.

Sharon is so knowledgeable and expert in her abilities and cache of wisdom. She takes the time to educate me, shows the patience and great concern to walk me through detoxes that take weeks, follows up with me, is always cheerful and positive, and is the most reassuring facialist/massage therapist/health coach I have ever worked with.

The spa is lovely and clean. The location is fabulous with street and lot parking half a block away. And there are 2 juice shops across the street to keep me motivated and wanting good health after I leave Serenity Wellness Spa.

I have now been going to the spa for years and would not switch. The first time Sharon did my brows, I barely noticed she was so deft and delicate. Perfection. My facials always leave me relaxed and refreshed and my skin in much much younger condition. When I do a detox program with her, I never eat so much or so well!

Each time at the spa is a delight; each time is an education; each time is a step up in my self-awareness and intentional wellness. May blessings be heaped on Sharon and her spa staff for the great changes she has helped me achieve in my life. I'm a better person inside and out for it!
