He rented my apartment to a tenant but did not verify their identity or collect payment. The credit card used to book the reservation was stolen and the information provided by the renter was fictitious. The tenant stole most of the major items from the house, and left behind a crackpipe and a bill for X rated movies. Had he run the credit card before the thieves ransacked my apartment he would have easily found that the card was stolen.

Come2SF was exactly what I was looking for while planning my most recent stay in San Francisco. Their website was very helpful with accurate information and their staff took time to answer my questions via email in a timely manner. Before arrival, they email you information about your visit which is very clear and helpful. I was VERY pleased with the property, its location and the excellent value. It was off-season, so the prices were even better! They have many properties to choose from. My next visit, I plan to stay in the same property or one similar using Come2SF. Thanks!

We have enjoyed a lot our visit to San Francisco, the property we rented was very well located, clean and nice views from the roof top deck. The agency is easy to communicate with and the booking process is very easy and clear. We will go back! Good job guys!

San Francisco is a wonderful city... We are a french couple and we stayed there for a while. Come2SF is a very good rental agency. Very kind and professional people. Very helpfull for short or longer stay. Their office is Centrally located in San Francisco. The Web site is very convenient it's easy to book online and to check in once on site. My wife and I are planing to come back with our children and we will definitly use Come2SF services again as it is such a good alternative to hotels...

Great location and comfortable apartment! We spent one week in one of Come2SF vacation rentals and the experience was perfect. Our apartment was in Nob Hill within walking distance of evertywhere, Union Sq, North Beach, China Town, .. The process of check in and payments is easy and every explicative. We only had a question about the shower and the answer us immediately, very helpful. I'll rent with them again when visiting the city.
