Unengaged cashier with customers. She didn't want to be bothered with customers questions. Teadering on being rude. If can't handle the public, find another job. Clearance price fantastic.

I never had an in store experience as bad as I had at this sears store yesterday. What's the meaning of "ready for payment & pickup"? I had to wait for 20 minutes at merchandise pickup to know that they couldn't find the items. Worst part being that the merchandise pickup was marked as "completed" promptly as the timer reached 4 minute so the records look good.

So I didn't get the items that I came to pick up from the store and then I had to wait another half an hour to get my refund. A total waste of time.

Worst experience.

I have met the sweetest people while working here at Sears Eastridge Mall. REAL people with the most amazing refreshing energy about them.

To the lady who comes to visit me after her group meetings in the food court, your energy and smile got me through the rest of my day!...(thanks for the chocolate chip cookies!)

To the 74 years young woman who once worked here at sears when it first came to be…. "we were treated like queens then" ….that has stuck with me since the day i met you.. and has inspired me to treat my customers in such a likely manner! YOU ARE STILL A QUEEN!

To the lady i met at subway before i worked at sears and didn't realize i was helping you til u reminded me who u were, you showed me through your smile what amazing customer service is all about…CARE AND CONCERN…. you inspired me by treating me like a good friend and not a customer

To many more customers unmentioned who make my day when i see you.. YOU KNOW WHO U ARE, I APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU!

Hey guys , let me start by saying I normally don't complain about things. Today was just bad service . I picked up my car and the interior was full of grease, interior is a light gray interior . Grease on drivers side trim panel, steering wheel, driver side seat had oil stain marks and passenger seat had oil stains. Problem was when you speak to manager all he can say is we cover all our seats. So that's it, your S O L . So an easy solution, I am never coming back to this place to get my car service.
