I found my prom dress here in March, and absolutely loved it! Everyone was very nice and helpful, and Trudy herself is lovely. I also had a bridal consult in September, and although I didn't find my dress, it was a great day to figure out what I like with very patient and kind staff members.

Trudy's customer service is THE BEST in the business. With the help of Tammy, Trudy's was able to turn one of the most nightmare-ish bridesmaids dress experiences into the best experience possible.

Originally, I ordered my bridesmaids dress from A DIFFERENT bridal company (my first mistake) and from the start it was nothing, but problems. With less than 5 days before the wedding, I was in a different state with a completely butchered dress that I could not wear.

As soon as we called Trudy's bridal for options, Tammy immediately went into damage control and jumped through hoops to pull dresses of my same size, color and designer. She sent pictures and overnight-ed dresses to try on. Tammy went above and beyond to stay in contact with me and ensure that I found a dress that fit. She even provided her personal contact information to reassure that everything would be figured out in time.

In the end, I found the perfect dress is just the nick-of-time and felt beautiful wearing it! I truly cannot thank everyone at Trudy's enough for helping me in the worst of situations. Every step of the way Tammy and the owner, Steven, made it their priority to find the perfect dress for me all while maintaining a professional, courteous and positive approach.

I would HIGHLY recommend Trudy's for bridal needs. Especially, if you are looking for excellent customer service and a company that will go above and beyond to make you feel special and look beautiful on your special day (OR your best friends special day in my case!)

Claudia MADE THIS VISIT SUPER EASY AND WAS VERY HELPFUL. SHE KNEW MY STYLE AND WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT DRESSES WHICH ME CALM MY NERVES.

Ask for Didi--I had an AMAZING experience with her!! I work in the retail industry and I know great customer service when I see it. Didi is excellent at what she does, way more knowledgeable than other consultants I have seen. She knows the dresses very well, what works for your body type, and gives lots of good tips and advice, without ever being pushy. She understands fit and alterations and definitely pays attention to detail. Also, she is very friendly, listens very well to what your style is, and is very patient (I was torn between dresses that I came in 4 times!). I came to Trudy's with a tight budget and very limited timeline (4 months to wedding), but to my surprise, Didi was able find lots of dresses that fit my criteria and looks so beautiful! The dress selection at Trudy's is so vast, for every body type and budget. Don't let the cost get in the way...for the same money you spend at bridal chain stores, you could get a much beautiful dress here with better service! Because of Didi, I finally found the dress!!! Many thanks to her and her dedication!! =)
