I have been seeing Nancy for about 3-4 years now and I go to her for any of my health concerns.
Acupuncture itself is a miraculous remedy. If you fear needles, I suggest you try it out because the needles are paper-thin and there's no pain involved. On the contrary, instead of pain, one falls asleep into a world of relaxation during sessions; the same relaxed feeling one feels after receiving a full-body massage.
Nancy is very well-versed in the world of acupuncture and knows how bodies work, should be working, what supplements/remedies will help and will even refer you to your regular western-medicine doctor if she finds it necessary. She views any of my issues with a completely open mind and tries to find the source of the problem and not just put a band-aid on symptoms.
This can take time. Do not expect for your life to change after one session, but if you keep at it, there's no doubt you too will begin to feel better.

I have been going to Nancy at Valley Acupuncture for over 6 years. I have been active all my life and play tennis, golf and run regularly. Periodically I've come in for muscle strains and general tension in various parts of my body. Nancy is so easy to talk with, she asks good questions and then determines what is best for me at that particular time.I always leave feeling better--not only the tension is gone, but I feel so much more energized, yet very calm and balanced. I don't quite know how acupuncture works, only that it does. She is an important part of my wellness team!
Her office is very warm and inviting, reflective of her personality. Not only highly skilled in acupuncture and Chinese medicine, she is informative and very helpful in your overall health and well-being.

Whether I need to relax, perk up, heal, or just release whatever's gnawing at me, Nancy has a treatment plan to make it happen. Her technique is gentle and results are amazing. After a treatment, I breathe deeper, stand taller, and feel lighter. I highly recommend Valley Acupuncture.

Thank you Nancy for the wonderful treatment. I'm finally feeling like my old self again. My joint pain has diminished substantially and I'm able to exercise and play sports again without discomfort. The experience in your treatment room was so relaxing, I can't wait for my next appointment!

Nancy has helped treat the headaches that I have had ever since my car accident. Her treatments have reduced my neck pain as well. Also, since I've been seeing her I've been sleeping better too! She has such a nice atmosphere at her office and I always feel rejuvenated when I leave.
