so slow! they ask for so much information and said they had to contact my employer to cash my check. no other place has ever done that.

Slow service took 45 minutes just to complete my transaction, also they take advantage of the patroit act; Asking very sensitive and unrelavent information of their clients. Go somewere else; dont waste your life with their services

OMG this people are so slow I wanna stabb my self in the head. I have been here for 2hrs now trying to cash my check. It ridiculous, the workers talk too much....

First time I came the service was pretty good and the line was always going by fast but the last couple times I've gone, I've seen nothing but 1 person behind the counter while there's a huge line! Although there were a total of 3 girls behind the doors only 1 was helping the line. As soon as the other girls lunch was over she took the place of the one helping but still ONLY 1 PERSON WORKING! WTF IS THAT. One of the girls walked out from the back and started looking at some paper work next to the other helping the line. While she did that someone finally worked up the courage to say something to the girl helping us and the girl that was looking at paperwork was mocking the customer (customer couldn't see because of the support wall) and making ugly faces at her. As soon as I saw that I walked out of there and never went back. Place has horrible service and the employees don't seem to have a sense of urgency, politeness, or respect. Don't go here !
