everytime i call the number above it just rings forever. Ill be changing insurance companies ASAP, you peple suck. I have three phone numbers for the company or personnel that works there and all three numbers do the same thing.... Riiiing.... Riiiiing.... Riiiiiiiiing. Worst customer service I ever had. You are only getting one star because I needed to give some kind of rating in order to post this.

They changed the company name I never got a notice and the phone number was changed too..disconnected...
And the number on line they NEVER EVER ANSWER. ..

I have been trying to get these people on the phone for 45 minutes to find out why they're sending me two different bills for different amounts. The number on their bill says it's disconnected. I found another # on the internet 928-3400, I called and I asked for our agent. So I hold for 5 minutes then a woman says, "they're so impatient" then hangs up. I RE-DIALED the number and now it's magically disconnected?? I guess they don't have time for their customers on the weekends. I already know why they sent us an extra bill, they screwed up on their accounting and charged us less than what they were supposed to. Because they called and had to ask us how much we paid so they could figure it out.
