I have been coming to Laser Away for about four years primarily for hair removal and maintenance. I love that for their facilities are very clean and her staff is very open and pleasant. I had tried laser removal at three different places prior to Laser Away. They were all ineffective and extremely painful. Laser hair removal is never exactly painless, but it is certainly the most comfortable at Laser Away. The only complaint I have is that rescheduling is not always that easy. Laser Away is so popular that they're always pretty heavily booked. You must usually book weeks in advance. It's just a bit difficult if you have unforeseen circumstances that come up and you need to reschedule on the fly. The wait can sometimes be long enough that you miss your optimal time window for the best result. Although I get my Botox and dermal fillers elsewhere, I do love that Laser Away offers all of these services and much more. I most definitely recommend Laser Away to all my friends.

LaserAway at Santana Row is a quality service provider. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The services are five star. The location is ideal. I recommend LaserAway without reservation.

Marion was better than I was expecting! I'm definitely coming back and I'm already telling friend about LaserAway, so they can enjoy this relaxing place too. I had the 90 min massage and it was the best thing ever. Next time I'll try the facial treatment.

I have been going to laser away for clear and brilliant treatments for 1 year and a half now and I LOVE my results. I have always had problem skin and issues with acne and acne scarring and getting bi-monthly or monthly treatments along with topical medication that I get from my dermatologist has made a HUGE difference. Now I get compliments on how bright and smooth my skin is. Never in a million years would I have thought that someone would ever say that I have "good skin". Friends and family definitely notice the difference and ask me what I'm doing and I always tell them LASER AWAY. What I really appreciate with Laser Away as compared with other places is that the people that do the treatments are usually nurses, if not all of them. The nurses are quite knowledgeable so they are able to advise me and work with my prescribed face medications so I can have the most safe and effective treatment possible. Everyone is really nice and friendly from the front to desk staff to the nurses. I highly recommend you check them out, tell them I sent you ;)

They'd get a higher star, if I were able to get an appointment to discover if they were better. I call and am placed on hold, or I call and the phone rings and rings until it's sent to voicemail. When I finally get ahold of a person, the soonest I can get an appointment is in 6 weeks!! Then that 6 weeks is a tiny window, because they are so overbooked. I've already spent my 2k, and now I'm at their mercy of whatever small window in 6 weeks they give me. If you have to reschedule that appointment for whatever reason, good luck...you're back to waiting another 6 weeks. I've purchased my package 1 year ago, I've only had 2 of my 6 sessions. They were much more attentive before I paid them my 2k.
