I had a horrible experience here. I bought couch set and entertainment center. Paid in full when the couches came in. But then the entertainment center never came. I called and they told me that it was discontinued. One of the couches is coming apart. The second couch, the cushions are now deformed. I went back to get a refund on at least the entertainment center and the lady who calls herself Lani, says that she was only authorized to give me a partial refund. I asked to talk to the manager. She wouldnt give me his full name, wouldnt tell me which store he works at, wouldnt tell me when he was getting back from his so called vacation. She refused to give me any information. I was told that I would get a call sometime this week. Hmmmm...strange. I asked about the couch that was falling apart and she told me i would have to talk to the mysterious manager. Yet a few minutes earlier, the other sales person said workmanship was covered for a year. yet they wouldnt help me. The name on the store is now call HOME furnature. But they are both one in the same. This is a shady company do not buy from them!
