The old man gave us the LOWEST PRICE on a wonderful 2 motor, metal frame Recliner, after we Quickly returned the new and sticky lever, wood frame, expensive recliner across the street!

Sales person kept saying hes on your side. 12 weeks later as written on the contract no furniture was delivered. Still waiting for a call back and no one has called me. I had to keep calling daily. And they still have no schedule date for my furniture. Dont go here!

I do not recommend that place . people are the worst ever.. Owner and " chainise supervisor are relatives as the old lady who's work at financial . my wife and me we spend 6.000 on furniture .. We make an specific request on chairs not to be assemble we ask please keep in the box . if you need need to inspected its ok but do not assemble we tell them many many many many times to the seller representative to the fat chainise owner son ... On the pick up day . i irrive to the werehouse there where a skini dummy chino who treat me unrespectfully ... They were assamble everything couse chair were broken they where giving me an unsed items i did returned and they exchanged but the faty guy were making me an problem ... I believe that if any items its comes broken or wharever they are obligated to repair or exchange ... So please do not make a business with those people they don't know how treat a customers.... They sale garbich avoid bad experience

Our salesperson Nina was wonderful -- and the delivery crew headed up by Mitchell was excellent. Very good quality furniture and a super shopping experience.

Surprised at the negative reviews. A lot of people don't understand that the retailer sometimes gets hung out to dry by the manufacturers they represent. If a manufacture delays shipment to the retailer -- that's not the retailer's fault -- and they don't deserve to get dinged for it.

These guys are great -- and I'm very happy to support a locally owned and operated family business.
