I spent 4 hours today trying to get a cab... Several times my order was cancelled and nobody told me about that. then the order was accepted and 20 min after nobody showed up I had to call again to find out that I didn't open the door for the driver. Then it turned out that it might have been a wrong address and nobody was showing up at my door at all. Then more apologies and explanations about trying to negotiate a driver for me at which point I gave up.
Guys, thank you for the Saturday night entertainment. All operators I had to talk to were very sweet and polite.
However. If for some reason you cancel the order, it would be helpful if you send a text to your customer about the cancellation. If I live too far for your drivers to pick me up, please tell me that my address is outside of the range of your service. If your drivers don't want to drive that far because the weather is bad, the roads are bad and I live on a different planet, please call me and tell me that you can't fulfill my order, and I will appreciate your honesty because if you tell me you can't serve me it would mean you are still taking care of me and not wasting my time on endless calls chasing the cars that haven't even been sent my way.

Nice cars, less wait time and cheaper fair. So far drivers are very polite and very nice... Great Experience
