Had the grilled veggie panini and the un-tuna sandwich. The food was absolutely deliscious. Will definitely go back there, a real gem.

Went there with my wife and daughter, while vacationing on Captiva Island. The food and drink were amazing! My wife had the Emerald Diamond juice and the Mexican Salad. My daughter had the waffles and the Chocolate Bliss smoothie. I had the acai bowl. While we are not vegan, we always look to find great food to eat. Nikki and her team at Sanibel Sprout did not disappoint. Everything was made fresh, from scratch, to order, and everything tasted wonderful! We will be back!!!

Stopped in while visiting for a juice. It was great! The menu looked really good as well but I didn't order food. If you want a clean and healthy meal, this is the place! It might take some time for your food to be prepared but that's what fresh food is all about. Highly recommended!

Food is good, but don't come here unless you have A LOT of time to wait. Over an hour and counting, and my wife still doesn't have her food. It's not currently busy either. Recommend this place if you have all day to wait.
Edit: The owner comped our meal and was very apologetic of our wait, saying they got hit with more customers than usual. All in all, I would still recommend the food highly.

The Sanibel Sprout is awesome. Some of the best vegan food I've ever eaten. Fresh, homemade, and original recipes. The atmosphere is zen like, the people friendly. Our new go to restaurant in Sanibel.
