Great location. Clean and well apointted. Beautiful grounds. Easy walk to beach. Nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. No beach view but we saved a ton by not having one.

We love Sanibel, so where we stay is not important, just that we are able to be there for a great price. The condo we rented here was a great price, but we negotiated directly with the owners through VRBO. We only had 3 people in this 2 bedroom condo. It was perfect for us but could have comfortably fit at least 1 more. This condo isn't beach front, but has access across the street, however we usually drive to different beaches, so that was not important to us.
