I rented a house happy hours with remax of the island in sanibel for the month of july my number one priority anywhere i go is customer service and i have to say they had great customer service the representative Melissa was so helpful every time i call and return my call if not available i would definitely rent with them again

been coming to sanibel for a very long time, always staying in a sundial condo unit.. we had the unfortunate experience of staying in sundial condo unit F-207 over the 4th of july week. small, dated and overpriced to name a few shortcomings. i filled out a detailed review that remax sent me to fill out shortly after our stay. no response from remax at all and they didn't post the negative review. how convenient of them. zero stars for poor customer relations if it would allow me above.
