I had my first root canal procedure performed by Dr. Lawaty recently. I would highly recommend her. She was very caring and professional, not rushed in any way. She explained the procedure thoroughly and everything was completed, from initial X-rays to walking out the door, in less than 90 minutes. It was virtually pain free, hardly different than having a filling. That evening I had very few side effects. No swelling, no discomfort. I did not need any additional pain medication. She contacted me that evening to see how I was feeling, as well. My tooth feels perfectly normal now. Thank you, Dr. Lawaty.

Dr.Lawarty was excellent! I was referred to her by the Montecito Dental Group, hoping that a root canal would not be needed; sadly I was wrong!
My initial appointment with Dr. Lawaty, she
explained every detail of the procedure, patiently answering my many inane questions!
Her wealth of knowledge, skill
(didn't feel any pain) and professionalism, allows me to gladly provide this recommendation for Dr. Lawarty.

as well as the assistant are wonderful too!

Dr. Lawaty is one of the most caring, skilled, ethical, and conscientious health care providers I’ve ever encountered. I first saw Dr. Lawaty 12 years ago, and recently had occasion to go to her again. She alerted me to some serious dental issues that other dentists had completely ignored~ and had it not been for her I would probably have lost a number of teeth. I have found her to be always very solicitous yet professional~ She is amazingly adroit at her work and her procedures are remarkably painless and trouble-free. I’d never go to anyone else for endodontistry. Highly recommend.
