Had an appliance made to treat sleep apnea. Totally ineffective! Subsequent sleep study showed it didn't alleviate apnea at all. After my insurance company paid several thousand dollars for this, I was hit for another $147.00 portion I was supposed to be responsible for. They totally botched billing by failing to send to my address for months. They finally called me about a past due balance I was not even aware of. When I asked for break on this balance since the appliance was worthless to me, they insisted I needed to pay. I payed them for nothing. Bad experience!

Dr. Duke and his staff provide excellent service. I particularly liked the fact that he takes the time to thoroughly explain your procedure and address any concerns you may have about the process. I never felt hurried or rushed. The staff is very friendly. Overall a very hospitable environment.
