I had a perfect experience with Dr. Gross and his team for both my breast augmentation and injectable lip fillers. His coordinator Jennifer is helpful and accommodating. His receptionist is friendly and polite. And Dr. Gross is great all around. He takes the time to discuss the procedures and alternative options with you. He listens closely to the customer's desired goals, and finds a balance with what he professionally knows will be the most flattering individualized outcome. He also made sure I had everything I needed to stay comfortable in the post-operative recovery period, but it was a really easy recovery and I didn't end up needing anything more than plain Tylenol. I have virtually no scarring and didn't lose any sensation with my surgery either.

My experience with Dr. Gross and his staff was more then I expected. Jennifer his office manager was kind and through, first getting insurance coverage pre authorization and going over all cost and payment options before scheduling my surgery appointment. Dr. Gross was very realistic about what to expect with my surgery, he explained the procedures, what to expect with results and healing and honestly my expectations were exceeded ! My appointments before and post op have been informative and prompt which I appreciate because my time is valuable also. Steve the anesthesiologist and the surgical team at the Art Center were amazing !! Steve was very informative about his role in my success during surgery he also went above and beyond after my surgery to ensure I got home safe and sound. He personally drove me home so that my husband felt confident and reassured that I was safe and safe to travel. I could not believe he went this extra mile for me his patient ( Thank You Steve !) Dr Gross was recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend him and his team to anyone ! They are amazing

The best experience you could ever hope for. Amazing staff that have worked together for more than 20 years including the anesthesiologist who gives high personal service and care. The results of my breast reduction have changed my life and I am so happy that I found Dr. Gross in the most beautiful surgical center they have created, where you feel so nurtured and cared for from the first meeting to your last. The cost was less than other surgeons but the service was far better than the others I explored. A dream come true!

My experience with Dr. Gross was, and continues to be, extremely positive. He exceeds mere professionalism by demonstrating genuine care for and investment in his patients. My rhinoplasty, which took place a year ago, was my first cosmetic surgery, so the process was quite intimidating for me. However, Dr. Gross and his lovely staff immediately made me feel comfortable and certain that I was in good hands. He continues to be very considerate towards me during each followup visit. As for the results, they are wonderful. My nose is beautiful and feels right at home on my face. Oh, and the office space is very tastefully decorated, you feel beautiful just sitting in the waiting room... Thank you, Dr. Gross.
