Phlebotomist Adam is by far the best man at this lab. I hate getting my blood drawn because I'm very difficult draw. This guy made my first impression of this lab a lab I will come to for all my blood work requests. I can come to this lab with ease knowing I can request Adam who must have had great school training or a really good school where ever this guy learned!!!!! Thanks ADAM YOU ARE THE BEST EVER Man.

Went to ENT for appointment. Audiologist was pleasant and fairly thorough. Too bad the ENT reception staff, nurse, and actual doctor weren't as well.
Waited 40 minutes, spent that time listening to reception and nurses talk about a party they were going to and complain about the phone ringing too much. The wait room was a mess and the exam room was dirty.
I've been to other departments in Sansum clinic that were much cleaner and better run than this one.

Some say Sansum is fabulous - and the whiners will be with us always.I work there and I know the great lengths we go to to provide the best patient care possible. Some aren't satisfied with that.

After several months of exams and testing by 5 medical specialists, we have no diagnosis for our mothers apparent neurological condition. We are ready to go elsewhere and pay cash for competent help.
