Dr. Walker took my condition seriously and began with a "big picture" approach to my diagnosis. He prescribed medications for me that were low doses with minimal side affects and low probability of addiction. They were welcoming and quick, I think I spent about 45 minutes there overall. The front desk girl was very knowledgeable about health insurance and was able to answer all my questions. Based on previous reviews experiences with other urgent care centers, I dread going to urgent care however Zugan Health was very pleasant.

This clinic is fantastic. Flew in from out of town with an urgent issue, and they got me in right away. Great doc, great staff, great office. Very friendly and attentive. Couldn't get better. Thanks!

I was here on Monday, Mar 6th, 1pm afternoon. Service was OK, but the nurse/receptionist was extremely rude and arrogant.

How it started: I had a visit on Saturday. I and a different nurse try to verify my insurance but insurance office isn't opened on the weekend. I came back on Monday to verify my insurance. The nurse (I'll keep her anonymity) doesn't want to even talk to me as soon as she knows I don't come in on that day as a patient. As we discuss my insurance, she keeps a very condescending tone throughout.

What did I do wrong? I'd like to see if I can use my insurance in the future instead of paying full bill and then wait for reimbursement. I guess that's a wrong thing to do. Perhaps I have to give her another $159 to be treated with decency

Along the conversation, she said, and I quote, "We really don't care if you don't come back". Whatever the pretext might be, imagine hearing that as a customer. Now, imagine you hear that from a medical practitioner who will mend your wounds. Well, you can be certain that I will never come back.

Edit: The owner of Zugan Health personally gave me a phone call to apologize. I really appreciate this gesture and trust that she will take action to improve customer service

This urgent care was amazing. My 3 year kid broke his leg and they absolutely took the best care of us. Just amazing. One of the nurse practitioners came in even though she was done for the day and X-rayed our boy. Spiral fracture. Doc on duty did an amazing splint and made sure we were set up with the top pediatric orthopedic doc in town. We were leaving on a family trip (plane) in 48 hours and they totally saved us and our vacation. So grateful for these amazing and genuine healers and caregivers. Highly recommend.
