The attention to detail was phenomenal. This is a 5 star resort in all respects. The staff and the service is exemplary. The resort and the grounds are perfectly maintained. The pool, the drinks, the room, the Carrera marble bathrooms, the entire experience... Just amazing. I would highly recommend this resort.

This Belmond property is very unique, and provides a terrific getaway for those who can afford it. The rooms are immaculate, very large with some of the best appointments I've seen. Additionally, the staff consistently went above and beyond to truly make our experience a memorable one. I can't recommend this property enough.

We went here for tea on a Friday afternoon. It was great! The view is gorgeous, of the ocean from a beautiful patio. Additionally, Our server was very nice. We plan to go again!

service could be a bit better. smiling and saying hello is not enough.
Attention to detail is lacking for a hotel of this caliber. Our experience was limited to the outdoor restaurant area.
Coffee should not be in the saucer when delivered... towels delivered at the completion of our desert... waiters no where to be found... although patio is empty.
