Since 1979, one of my favorite Mexican restaurants ever. I live 50 miles away now, but I still drop by for my Tacos Guadalajara fix.

I had a great meal I was even able to customize my meal to my satisfaction which was nice the food was so good I forgot to take a before picture

This place was recommended to us by a nice couple we met near the wharf. This food was fresh and DELICIOUS. The salsa and chips are amongst the best I've had and the tacos might actually be the best tacos I've ever had. If you go for the enchiladas you won't be disappointed either. Everything tastes good in its simplicity, but also hints at little dashes of original ingredients. The final nice touch of this place are the people who work there, who are all very kind.

The prices are very reasonable compared to many other Mexican restaurants in Santa Barbara. I have been a regular customer of this wonderful establishment for the last 11 years, the quality of the food and service has been great year after year. If your a fan of breakfast burritos I'd highly recommend the chorizo breakfast burrito smothered in their amazing home made signature salsa! There's a reason why this restaurant has been voted as having the best Salsa in town multiple years in a row via the Santa Barbara Independent "Best Of"
