Tre Lune may have been the most disappointing Italian restaurant I’ve ever been in. Although it was a late November night in Santa Barbara they refused to let us have a slightly larger table outside although nobody ever showed up to use it. Fine. She ordered a sloppy over-cooked mushroom risotto and I attempted to order a simple linguine and white clam sauce except they were “out of it.” We’re in California. Is there an Italian chef in the world that couldn’t whip up something? I guess they meant they were out of CANNED white clams. Not having eaten I was amused as the clueless waiter brought us cookies with the check. In summary, the service is terribly unhelpful and these are clearly not professionals in Italian cuisine.

The food was amazing! Really good and our waiter was the best! I would have give this place a 5 but the host was rude. Other than that, the waiter we had I think his name was Francisco was just the best! He made our anniversary very special!

A Montecito gem. Amazing service, food and wine list, geared mainly toward Italian wines of course. I look forward to a return trip soon.
