The massage was great! (been seeing the dame guys for years and he is the best!!! No I won't tell you, because he is all ready hard to book....) My biggest complaint about their relatively new location is now the walls are paper thing and you can ever people talking and every little noise around you, including the front lobby and desk where I was for my last massage. I asked about it, and evidently the owner skimped on cost by cutting out the sound insulation in the dividing walls - 😱

The front desk was incompetent and/or lazy. There were a bunch of them sitting there chatting and no one offered to help me when I walked in. I tried to book an appointment with a gift card and they gave me the run around. I'm never going back. Too bad because the massage was fine, the front desk ruined the experience. I much prefer The Massage Place on Victoria, great massages and they're less expensive without making you pay a monthly membership fee.

The massage was good, although the operations side has multiple miss hits to diminishes the overall experience

I can't comment on my massage, because I never got one. I had booked a couples massage for my husband and I for his birthday 2 weeks in advance, thinking a massage would be a nice surprise for him since we have a 6 month old. The day before our appointment I got a call confirming our appointment, I was more than looking forward to it. The day of our appointment I got a voice mail around 2:00 saying one therapist would not be there, that they would have to cancel my appointment. Being in the beauty industry, I thought it was strange they would completely cancel, and not try to book another therapist. After talking with the receptionist we booked another couples massage for the same day but a later time, after getting the babysitter to agree to a different time and changing our dinner plans. About an hour before our appointment (note: the second one I booked), I received yet another call canceling our appointment completely. Not only had I changed my plans once, now, on my husbands birthday I had nothing for him. I wouldn't recommend this business, and if you do try it out don't bother making any plans.

I think Massage Envy Spa is the best full service spa in Santa Barbara to receive full body massage and facials for the best deal. I've been to every spa here, and this one has all of the best massage therapists in SB working there! Would re-visit! Again and Again!
