It was a very sleepy tour that I went on and spent most of it with just the driver lupelu lupelu who was lovely and a great guide.... Only a 4* as there wasn't a hell of a lot to see but beautiful place to take pictures and hang out for a few hours

Santa Barbara Trolley Tour was a treat! Our driver Richard was exceptionally well informed and entertaining. This is a great orientation tour.

SB Trolley provided an exceptional customer experience from reservations all the way through de-boarding this past weekend. Our company had a complex route through which we wanted to take business associates--not your typical sightseeing tour through the usual landmarks. Greg O. and Mario made sure they understood the route ahead of time, made suggestions for a smoother ride, offered interesting tidbits about out of the way areas, and did it all with a friendly attitude. Passengers on both of our trolleys were thrilled with the event...so much so that we started out our Monday morning brainstorming potential follow-up trolley tours for different groups and through different areas.
I would give everyone involved 6 stars if I could.
