They never answer their phone, and don't return the messages till days later. I had 5 fillings done and one cracked with in just a few months and when I tried to get it filled they scheduled me but then canceled due to the dentist being gone for a whole month even though she had people on her schedule. Any time I tried to schedule the dentist is never available she only works two days a week and it's impossible to get appointments.
DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST OFFICE!

Initially when I made my first appointment, everything went well and I was excited to be seen in this office. The day before my appointment, they called me to re-schedule my appointment because the person I was to see was ill. They scheduled me for the 15th of April. It's now April 10th, and I just received another call from them stating the following:
a. They will no longer be accepting my insurance.
and
b. The doctor does not want to accept any new patients.

I sure would have liked to know they weren't accepting new patients, I don't know, when I MADE the FIRST appointment. I would have been able to put my energy into finding a dental office that would. It feels like a massive oversight on their part. I do not suggest wasting your time with this office.
