Front desk and clinical staff are fast, professional, and so caring. Dr. Mark is great with kids!

I thought I had broken my wrist due to a fall onto concrete on a Saturday and went to Railyard Urgent Care on Sunday when my arm was still killing. I got quick, awesome care there and would highly recommend this urgent care. They took 3 x-rays of my arm, and thankfully, it wasn't broken...and wrapped me up to keep swelling down. I wish I could go there for regular care!

Frustrating from start to finish. Could be good for basic medical needs, but nothing too complicated. My 17 year old daughter punctured her foot in a river. We went to Railyard Urgent Care based on the reviews we read. I went in first and asked for a wheelchair to get my daughter inside as she was unable to walk. I was told we'd need to wait - so we did for about 5 minutes. We gave up and carried her inside. The people who worked there (receptionist and the health tech) were professional, but were obviously not happy to be there. The tech took her vitals, asked what we were there for and told us it would be awhile. She never even looked at my daughter's foot. Eventually the doctor came in. Also professional, but no attempt to connect. They took an x-ray and gave her three stitches. He did not tell my husband and daughter what the follow up was (I was in the waiting room as I'd been kicked out because they didn't have room). He didn't know how many days to leave the stitches in (he said it was 10 - 12 days, he didn't know for sure). He apparently called in a prescription for some ibuprofen but he didn't tell us that! We didn't know until we got home (in a different state) and had a message saying there was a prescription waiting for her. The doctor did not give us any information about how to care for her ankle. Overall - we got her stitched up, but there was not nearly enough information given.
