The place overall looks abandoned. I think it needs some remodeling done, make it look new. Add some light to the menu, redesign the menu and make it more appealing and understandable. The outside speaker needs something better. Paint the traffic lines and signs outside of the store so people know the dynamic of drive thru.

They made a mistake on my order. They went above and beyond to correct it. Great staff. Cashier was not very friendly.

7 p.m. Filthy place. ALL tables dirty. Had to wait for them to wipe a table down. Then had to ask to wipe booth chairs too!
We were only ones there.
Chicken soggy, potatoes cold & we were told those were the only ones left. Ugh!

Waited in line for 33 minutes to be exact. I ordered the big box with 2 breasts. First they said they did not have two breasts, then changed his mind and said they did have 2. When I received my order 32 minutes later, I received 1 breast 1 thigh 1 drum and 1 wing. I went inside and told them that was not what I ordered they said they could give me an original breast, 4 minutes later came to say they did not have a original breast either. Everytime I come here I have this same problem. This needs to be handled by someone who takes their job serious. All youngsters in there running around like chickens with out a head.

Very disappointed. Have loved KFC for over 50 years. What these restaurants in northern New Mexico are doing to the chicken I remember makes me and my chicken never want to go again. Looks like the food was made in the morning and served all day out of the warmers. Dried out food, the great tasting skin with the 11 herbs and spices, gone. Dried out skin that you can't even eat. Mashed potatoes also dried out. Gross. Waste of money and time. Sorry Colonel Sanders
