Dr. Smith and the owner Kathy Doebesh abandoned my cat in the course of needing treatment after I questioned their medication. My cat reacted badly in the vets office and they still sent us home with the medicine even with the tech being uncomfortable administering it. Not to mention Dr. Smith who wanted to run tests on her to see if she had Pancreatitis and wouldn't give her Antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection. Instead, she got Benadryl and some lame anti ulcer medication. When I finally got the antibiotics they were reluctant to provide them in the first place, giving only enough for five days. Need I say more. This place should be shut down.

Consistently good service over many years. They never rush through an examination. Upfront with procedure cost without surprises.

Best vet office I’ve taken any of my dogs to. They are friendly, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my vet of choice, and all of the vets are thorough, knowledgeable, and kind to both pet and owner. The walk-in system and the fact they are open late (10pm some days) is an extra bonus for the busy pet owner. Best vet in Santa Fe.

They take excellent care of my 17-year-old cat. I love that you can just pop by and don't need an appointment.

Very caring and thorough. The Dr was very caring, and patiently answered all questions I had an overall sense of her (the dr) that my tiny baby girl was in the best hands. I brought my dog in (7pound chihuahua mix) was jumped by 3 dogs. The vet and staff took great care of my baby girl. I'm so thankful. -AC
