Extremely poor customer service. My family is new to Delta Dental and we were assigned Friendly Smiles as our primary. We received our cards on 11/15 (effective 11/01) so I called them to make an appointment. The receptionist tells me I'm not on their list. I read their facilities number to her, and assure her that their name is on my paperwork. She repeats "you're not on our list". Real customer service means being proactive and saying "let me find out why you're not on our list". Called Delta and changed dentists.

I would give it a NEGATIVE 10---, This is the worst dental office I have ever gone to. I was seen by Dr.Rogelio Barrera, he is very arrogant and has such bad manners. He was working on a patient before he saw me, then he came to me WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!!! THIS IS HORRIBLE. He put on his gloves and proceed. Luckily he didn't touch the inside of my mouth.
He kept on insisting that my teeth were fine and that I can go somewhere else (like he didn't want me there) I did not feel welcomed at all.
After he saw me I heard him ask another patient what medications he was one, and why ? The patient stated he was on an antiviral for his herpes, then he asked the date of his last outbreak. There is no privacy in his office, and no aseptic technique whatsoever.
I would not come back to this place or recommend it to anybody.

Place is pretty gross. No rooms, just cubicles, so you can hear all the drills. They always try to gouge me for a @#$% deep cleaning.

Horrible office. Due to me expressing my concerns regarding my daughter's dental issues. As well as not allowing a parent to go in the back with there child at the time of service. Thinking that's ok one. Two she is 5 in a new office. Also with all these bad experiences with children dying and dental issues around in the news. I am sorry but not allowing a parent to go back with them is beyond being ok. That's far from ok as well as not acceptable by any means. Due to me filing my concerns as a parents with my insurance company they dropped my whole family. Instead of making the issue right and having customer service they have done the opposite. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and God forbid you take your children in and not worry what they are actually doing to your child.

Awful!!! That Doctor is so rude to me he said "You really really need deep cleaning &I can't fix your gap teeth it's too big" you call this place Friendly??? 👎🏼👎🏼
