Wont ever change Doctors! This place is like family to us. My husband was rushed to the hospital a few weeks ago and I ran into Dr dawes himself we had a rocky start to my husbands care at Marian but Dr Dawes took the time out of his crazy, busy schedule to talk to me and ask me what the situation was on my husband I told him all the frustration on what was going on and how my husbands health was getting worse =( So Dr Dawes told me to follow him we went upstairs to my husbands nurse station Dr Dawes went and talked to someone came back in 10 mins and got the ball rolling!!! He got all the right doctors involved in my husbands care! if it wasn't for Dr Dawes I don't know what would of happened to my husband. THANK YOU DR DAWES AND THE WHOLE DAWES FAMILY MEDICINE CREW!!!!!! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!

Called a week and a half ago to become a new patient. Whoever answered the phone gave me the run around and told me that I would have to call my insurance and give them the tax id to make sure Dr Dawes was in my network. I spent 1/2 hour on the phone with insurance and found out he was in my network. I called back and the lady said she would have to verify my insurance. When I explained I already did so, she told me to fill out a new patient packet. I brought in my packet the same day and was told the new patient coordinator would contact me. A week and a half, multiple phone calls(4) and voice mail, I have yet to hear from anyone in the office. Very unprofessional.

This office doesn't treat you like a patient - they treat you like family. No matter which of the providers I see, they are all extremely adept at helping me with my medical conditions. All of the staff has been friendly, helpful and efficient. I always recommend Dawes Family Medicine when any of my family or friends are trying to find a good primary care office.

Great people working in a great clinic. Dr Dawes, Dianne and Debra make a great team. I am confident they will do what my family needs in health care. This medical office is efficient, thorough and professional.
