Only gave one star because I had to in order to post a comment. But I agree with the girl above the customer service there is horrible. The employees are very rude and unprofessional they so need a better staff!

Didn't take me until 40 min past my appointment time. Put drops in my eyes and DIDNT tell me it take 20 min to work and I was going to have wait even more. That's an extra HOUR of my day waisted!! Now the girl behind the desk is on a personal call and bitching about the other workers. Not to mention the girl who gave me some b.s. about how she couldn't use my frames for the glasses because my my RX was too strong. I tried to tell her I use the sane ones last time ad the doctor said was RX was less string than my last but she looked at me like I was stupid. Then tries to sell me ray band frames that were 400$!! The glasses i took in were 5$!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
