I went here twice in the last week for some testing. The first time was a walk in xray and the receptionist wad nice enough, not much of a wait, and the tech was a sweet and caring student who went the extra mile to take care of me. The 2nd visit did not go well which is why I have only given them 2 stars. I schedule the appt 3 days in advance and an Auth was all ready given by the ordering physician. They told me they would confirm my insurance 2 days in advance. They tell you when you schedule and in your reminder text you must be there 30 min early or you will not be seen. Seems fair. When I pulled up to my appt 30 min early as requested I get a call saying they were having problems with my insurance and was hoping they caught me before I left. I confirmed this was suppose to be done 2 days ago and I was already there. When she gave me the Auth number that was for the incorrect facility I called my insurance who confirmed that rad. Assoc. must have given me someone else's Auth that the number/letter sequence was not even remotely the same. I give them the correct Auth (original one sent by pcp) but even tho it was the write address/phone it was the wrong billing per there system. I totally get it they discuss it on a 3 way call with my insurance problem solved. When I finally check in they tell me I have to pay almost $300 I explained to the receptionist this was a previous amount with out the correct auth. The girl argues a little and sends a message the the referral clerk. I then call my insurance to confirm my out of pocket cost per the receptionist. I was told I had a deductible but not to pay until after the insurance pays for my visit. There was still pending visits that have to be processed blah, blah, blah. When I advise the same receptionist of this call she said "That is not how this office operates. You either pay your deductible in full now or you don't get the procedure done." She was extremely rude and just kept repeating the same thing. Mind you I was in the Vegas Mass shooting and was there taking care of my injuries. I am very nervous around people/public and the last thing I want to is to be treated like dirt. I was sent to another radiology place under emergency bases and they got me in that same day and there wasn't a single isue. There was plenty of small details on how rude and inconsiderate they are but I figured I have wrote plenty.

Shocking service, firstly the time for my appointment changed by an hour without them telling me before the 'automated' voicemail was left on a Sunday evening. Then when I arrive at 2:15 they tell me that someone should have called me to change the day for the appointment. After 15 minutes they asked for my Insurance card which Id left at home as I wasn't told I would need a copy as another Doctor had sent me there but rather than call the insurance company or the doctor that referred me they told me besides its too late now you've missed your appointment. No idea what they are doing, unprofessional and think that wasting 2 hours of someones day is ok. Staff past the customer service may be good but I will never return to find out due to getting better service from fast food restaurants

Had a biopsy yesterday and the people are awesome. Nice and professional. And I harassed the heck out of them (in a fun way, of course).

The results came back much quicker than we'd hoped for so I get to move onto the next step quicker than anticipated.

I am very impressed with all of the people involved with my procedure. From the people that I talked to on the phone, all the way through my appointment. Patti did an excellent job with prepping me and explaining how the procedure was going to be done. Dr. Ouberg made sure that I was not in any pain, and explained all of the things I needed to do after I left. All in all everything from start to finish was excellent. Thank you

Just awful. If I could given them zero stars, I would. I took 2 hours off work and had to take along my 3 year old since I have nobody to watch her in the evening. I got there at 4:15pm for my 4:15pm appointment, was told I should have been there at 4pm, and oh by the way, we'll need to reschedule since you can't have your kid in the room with you. Not only did nobody tell me about this ahead of time, but I lost hours of work, and drove from SLO to Santa Maria - all for nothing! There was zero compassion on the part of anyone there. Fun fact: If they'd be willing to send out new patient paperwork with their policies ahead of time, perhaps people wouldn't have to go thru the aggravation I did.
