I JUST LEFT THIS COSTCO AND IT IS THE WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! My boyfriend insisted dropping off my schedule II meds there (which means they can’t be transferred to another pharmacy!!). When I brought my insurance card, the pharmacy tech said these are the wrong ones (which is stupid because they’re the same ones I bring to my CVS. And CVS never had a problem looking up my information.) Then I ask her if she can look me up in the system and she says “it may show up, it may not. I’ll see if we have time.” I show her my card which says my prescription coverage and she talks to someone and then says, “you need to call and get your info from them.”
I try to google their number but I don’t have service so I literally have to LEAVE COSTCO to make a call. Rudest most unhelpful pharmacy ever. Are you kidding me? I’m giving you MY business and you’re making me do all the work? LAZY ASSES! I love Costco and if I could take back my prescription I would because I’m never going back to their pharmacy again!!!

Worst pharmacy in town takes too long to get prescriptions filled. It takes days sometimes. Never go there without calling first if you can get someone on the phone. They seem to send all of the prescriptions out somewhere than they comeback filled and it takes forever for them to put them on the shelves. I love the rest of the store though.

Like everyone else in town, I love Costco. Costco pharmacy is another story, When my 2 auto-refills are due - they never arrive without a call to remind them to ship. To date I have called them 5 times, every time they promise to change the paperwork and then NOTHING HAPPENS. I'm 81 and these are heart medications.... I hope I live to the next episode.

I can't believe this place! First I'm told an ordered prescription will take 2-3 days, and three days later I'm told the same thing. When I asked if she could check San Luis Obispo she said "I can give you their number". This isnt the first time I've been given incorrect information only to be given the run around. I have excellent insurance and will take my business elsewhere...this pharmacy needs to step up!
