It was quick going through the drive-thru. But the cashier got things wrong, and then the window to pick up your food she was talking to and interacting with other employees and missed a few things in our order.

Went through the drive-thru. Drive thru employers aren't very friendly what so ever. These people need to be trained properly. How to be kind and have great customer service. Also to mention the food service was Horrible. I got a Medium fries. The container wasn't even completely full. You should recieve the full amount you pay for. Both of the kids who served us our food at the drive thru were looking at each other talking low emoungs themselves. Looked weired at us handing me the bag. No have a nice day or anything like that. No proper etiquette. " Not Properly trainerand " i can not stress that enough.

Terrible service. One of the worat places to eat. No customer service. I went and asked for extra cheese on my sons Hamburger and was told cant do that? I ordered two Big Mac combos and they wanted to charge me 30 dollars was pathetic. Will never go again. Hope that place burns tot he ground.

They now have a security guard. They have cleaned the out side up, it looks very nice. I go there a few times a year and they are improving each time.

Was just there, the customer service by the drive thru was either not in the mood or whatever funky mood he was in, told the server by the window pick up to tell the that moody guy to be more courteous and ni e but instead the lady server defended the moody guy. No such good customer service quality. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
