Great service! Went during lunchtime rush got my food quickly and food was packed generously the way i would expect it to be. :)

Not good. Clerk did no know how to use my gift card. No manager on site. I was broke this particular day and didn't have the gas to go across town to eat there. I called the south side Taco Bell and had the manager explain to this stores' clerk on how to use my gift card. I ordered 2 Taco Supremes. They forgot the sour cream. I brought them back to the counter to get some. They threw the in the trash. Had I known he would do that I would just have asked for additional cream on the side. That is waste, but I understand the safety protocols. Also, as usual, there was an extreme lack of hamburger. I could barely see it under the sour cream and could barely enjoy my meal. I know it can't look like the adds, but it gets ridiculously lacking on so many of my visits there. It feels like a rip off sometimes. You're hot sauce is so good that it almost makes up for my anger. I know it's impossible to tell these kids to be more caring during taco assembly. This is just a job to them.---frustrating. Just a bad day for me. Overall, I rate your company an A-.

Terrible terrible service I ordered one small soda and one burrito orders that were placed after me were huge two big orders they were prepared and served before my one item was. Possibly discrimination.

The meal was prepared quickly and was well prepared. I ordered the cinnamon bites, what i got was something thay couldnt even be sold in a day old bakery. So very stale. disappointment 😯

No way .. rude little dude acted like I was bothering him he asked me five times what I wanted... Five time I asked for a green burrito no onions..
