Had to send food back twice for being cold. Manager Karen was very understanding and was able to make our visit a pleasant experience.

I wish i could leave this place 0 stars. I never leave reviews, but i'm m a d. Went for the first time yesterday, the employees seemed lazy and didn't do their job. When i ordered the lady kept getting distracted and made me repeat my order about 3 times. Most of the soads and the ice were completely gone, we informed them of this and they never replaced it the entire time we were there which was a long time sense the service was so slow. When my family's food finally came out mine was not with it. I waited for it to be done but then 20 minutes later when I asked about it it seemed they had completely forgot about my order and asked me what I wanted as if they never had it in the first place. The day after (today) my brother and I both have terrible food poisoning. I will never be going back.

The wait is always 35 min... Even for an 8 piece. I've even ordered from home and got there 35 min after and wings were still not ready. BWW needs to hurry up and open so people don't have to ever wait this long...

Service was friendly but took forever. I think they were understaffed. A few of the boneless wings were chewy, almost as if they weren't cooked thoroughly and there were egg shells in the potato salad :/

I absolutely love this restaurant. They have amazing food, an awesome staff and they (though they sometimes forget the honey mustard) do great at what they do. I love this place and most always have a good experience here.
