I had an old crown come loose.
They offered me a same day appointment. Though I chose a different day, they were able to get me in, evaluate the situation, take care of the underlying and surrounding teeth, make a new crown and bond it in place in a single 3-hour visit. He new crown matches my other teeth, feels smooth in my mouth, and looks fantastic, with a color match of my surrounding teeth that makes it look natural!
I was kept comfortable, and informed for all decision points. The staff was respectful of Dr Osendorf as well as each other in addition to patients. The equipment is state of the art, making this bad thing that happened- the old crown coming off, a positive experience in the long run.

Dr. Osendorf and staff are professional, knowledgeable and supportive. I know I'm getting great care. I've been visiting dentists for over 50 years. I recommend them highly especially if you "dread" going to the dentist! They will take really good care of you.

I've had two dental hygienists clean my teeth at Rincon Family Dental- both were great! Super thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate. And quick too! The office is relaxing which is could for nervous dentist goers too.
