BEWARE: used syringes in rooms and crooked management!
Tina, the GM, makes promises and then does not follow through. Pretty much the most dishonest person you'll ever encounter. The entire staff's cusomer service skills are beyond lacking. They talk down to you and are sarcastic. They intentionally went out of their way to overcharge me for unauthorized and unwarranted charges.

The place was clean. As he fire victim of the Santa Rosa fire it can be known that they are price gougers. We searched online and the rooms are about $100 and night they're charging close to $260 for the insurance companies to house their insureds. We were told that they would put a hold on our card until the insurance company came through with their paperwork and two days later we were told that it's a deposit and it's non-refundable. I definitely will be reporting them to the city if this isn't taken care of.

I made reservations for a small group of friends staying in two rooms in the late morning and we started our trip. A few hours later we were involved in an incident that prevented us from continuing on our trip. We called around 2:30 PM or as soon as we got in range for our phone service to cancel only to be told that we were inside of the 48 hr cancellation window and that there was no provision for canceling and crediting my card. I explained that we were in an accident and could not make it and the only response was to suggest I reschedule and use a credit within 10 days or forfeit the entire amount. Be sure you'll not have any emergency preventing arrival as this property will not grant emergency cancellations as most properties will.

Great hotel for the price. Rooms seemed recently remodeled and were very clean, no signs of bugs. The room we stayed in was above the managers office on the third floor. FYI for anyone planning a business trip is that the room has a weird shape and no table, but it was fine overall for the two nights we stayed. Other rooms might be different. Area is located within walking distance of several decent bars and restaurants in the downtown area.

Room looks really great as it's been redone. Has a little bit of an old hotel odor to it. Looks great overall. Nice that the things that are in the room are complementary. This is not the fault of the hotel but there is a lot of noise outside of the hotel and was hard to sleep because of outside noise. Overall great for the price and I would stay here again
