Hands down the MOST amazing customer service I have EVER received!! I worked in customer service for years and have gone to serveral different pharmacies over the years. My parents have been using Tuttle's for years so I switched and could not be happier!! Robert is amazing and actually CARES about each and every customer. My family's prescriptions are always ready when I get there and if they aren't I wait maybe 5 minutes for them! My husband was bitten by a spider (probably a brown recluse) and a prescription was called in on a Sunday. Robert PERSONALLY drove the prescription to our house! We are still in shock by his kindness. We would have gladly gone in to pick it up but he just drove it to us when it was ready! THE BEST!!

Very friendly small town feeling pharmacy.
Can see and talk to the pharmacist from the counter/register.
First time I came here they stayed open an extra 15 minutes on a holiday to fill a prescription for my mom. Very impressed with their service.

I am shocked and appalled at the disgraceful service I received over the phone by the receptionist. I called their office to inquire about medications prescribed to my husband and their availability. This was after she had hung up on my husband before belittling him and being so unbelievably disrespectful to him that I had to call back on his behalf. He is a combat War veteran who has served three tours overseas and for him to come home and be spoken to, with such blatant disrespect, is unacceptable. When I called back, completely calm and polite, I was treated in the same manner and I was also hung up on. I had to call back a second time to get an answer to a simple question that escalated into something completely unnecessary. I am shocked that this woman is allowed to operate in such an unprofessional manner. It is my understanding that she is the head pharmacists wife, however, it gives her absolutely no right to talk to people the way that she does and she should be forced to retire. A customer service job is just that, customer service. If someone is too bitter to be respectful to clients then maybe that person should consider a career change.
