Do not come here. Ive had continuous problems with one of the staff members here in particular who seems fairly incompitent.She typed in my SSN incorrectly and then wouldnt print me out a corrected form for my place of work saying it was "fine" and that it didnt matter that it was incorrect because she would "fix it in the system later".I'm pretty sure she didnt know how to fix it.She also mislabeled my medication, and forgot to give me half of said prescribed medication.
If you have to go to a concentra center, go to the one in Rohnert Park. For weeks ive been taking a medication that makes it dangerous to operate vehicles and didnt even notice until my doctor labeled and gave me my medication personally. At first i wasnt going to write a review but i am infuriated.

After driving for an hour and a half to get there, for a special blood test that can only be done by this place.... I was told it would be an hour and a half wait or longer. After explaining to the guy at the desk he looked at a co-worker girl and told her something, then she very rudely said I would just have to wait because there are other people waiting to be seen. I'm not here to see a doctor, just blood work. Too bad you will have to wait. I said no, got my paper work and left. Let me say first the two people at the desk were not the regular staff that I had always encountered before, because they are very nice. These two made you feel like they were doing you a favor. I have been getting this test there for almost two years., several times a year and never encountered a wait so long. They always took me back and in less than 30 min. and I'm out. I called when I got home and wanted to make an appointment to ensure I got in, but was told not necessary blood work is walk in only ( I knew that ) but the girl that answered the phone apologized and said it should not take that long ( she heard about my visit) ever. I have to try again because I need that test, but if there was someplace else, I would change especially if the other two are present at the desk. They need some training because if we did not go there, they would not be working... I really don't like people who think they are privileged , Oh and why would the guy assume I spoke spanish as he started to ask me questions in spanish...

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I went in to have a pre-employment physical completed. Went in, completed the physical, they assured me that everything was taken care of and they would be faxing the results to my employer. My HR office never received the forms, and after repeatedly asking the office to send results to both my employer and directly to me, I am finally just getting another physical exam completed somewhere else. The staff at reception has been completely unprofessional through this whole process. One of the times that I called, the receptionist answered the phone in a sing-song voice and told me she would "try" to complete my request. Try? Really? This is for my job, it is mandatory...

Made an appointment 3 weeks ago. When I arrived 10 minutes early, they said that they didn't have me down for an appointment. They said they would see anyhow. I am writing this review from the medical bed in the room. It has now been a little over 2 hours and I haven't seen a doctor. I came out of the room to ask for explanation, and I was told that they only have one care provider today.
Unfortunately, this is consistent with other experiences I have had at this location. I wish I had another alternative.

Terrible! they just sent me an appointment text on the 5/22 at 6pm for an appointment less then 48 hours away! Hers the kicker they didn't tell me the location or anything! But wait there's more. Last Friday they told my lawyer that they had notified me a week ago. But I didn't receive any thing until today. They means they've known About the appointment for almost a week and a half and just decided to tell me today! Also the have an Asian doctor who is really a lawyer! So watch out for these guys. Be mindful and trust none of them.
